At Cloud Coffee Chai, we believe your morning cup should do more than taste good — it should do good.

We built this venture around a simple idea: What if the comfort we find in our daily coffee or chai could also bring comfort to a rescue animal waiting for a home?
That question is at the heart of everything we do.

Crafted With Care

Quality matters, and so does freshness. That’s why we partnered with roasters who believe in ethically sourcing and roasting only on order — one in California and one in Illinois. When you place an order, your coffee is freshly roasted and delivered at peak flavor. Add to that our signature chai blends, and you have a café-quality experience brought straight to your home.

The Purpose Behind the Pour

Our mission is inspired by our daughter. When she was nine, she began a small passion project called Bow-Bow Ties. It started with her sewing handmade bow ties and donating them to local animal shelters so pets could look extra cute and have a better chance at being adopted. That summer she took a few bow ties at her lemonade stand and got a wonderful respond where people were happy to buy them for their pets. She realized she could raise funds by selling the bow ties and use that money to support shelters directly, which would be a better impact.

Since 2021, she has raised and donated nearly $10,000 to over 20 animal shelters across the U.S., Mexico, and India. She also helps fund dog microchipping and provides pet food support to low-income families. What began as a child’s idea grew into something meaningful and far-reaching.

As parents, watching her grow and devote herself to this cause inspired us deeply. Running her small business takes a lot of time and as she approaches high school, we know she needs time for academics, activities, friendships, and simply being a teenager without losing the impact she has created. She will continue to run Bow-Bow Ties but how to support her mission when she will need some breaks and how can we support raising the funds shelters desperately need.

That’s how Cloud Coffee Chai was born. Same mission, same heart… just another path

We created this venture to continue the mission she started and carry her compassion forward in a sustainable way. We also wanted to engage people who loved her cause but didn’t have pets or didn’t need pet accessories. And since almost everyone enjoys coffee or chai at least once a day, we thought: what if we harnessed the power of millions of coffee or chai drinkers, and dedicated just one cup a day to animals in need?

Brewing With Impact

We proudly support Homeward Pet Adoption Center, an organization that has helped more than 39,000 dogs and cats find loving homes over the past 35 years. For every packet of coffee or chai sold, we donate a portion of our sales to help provide food, medical care, and a second chance to rescue animals. 

Your morning brew becomes part of that impact - providing a warm blanket, a full meal, or medical care for a shelter animal waiting for their forever home. Your daily coffee isn’t just fuel for your morning anymore—it’s hope for a second chance.
