Iced Matcha Honey Crème Latte

A gorgeous, layered, café-style iced matcha with a silky honey sweetness and a creamy float on top

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1–2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • ½ cup cold milk of your choice 
  • 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (crème)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Whisk the matcha:
    In a small bowl, add matcha powder + hot water. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Sweeten it:
    Stir in the honey while the mixture is still warm so it melts nicely.
  3. Prep your glass:
    Fill a cup with ice, then pour the cold milk over it.
  4. Make the crème layer:
    In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the heavy cream until it thickens just a little—like a soft, pourable cloud.
  5. Assemble:
    Slowly pour the matcha-honey mixture over the milk.
    Then spoon or pour the whipped crème on top for that luxe layered look.
  6. Optional fancy finish:
    Dust the top with a tiny pinch of matcha.
