Iced Matcha Honey Crème Latte

A gorgeous, layered, café-style iced matcha with a silky honey sweetness and a creamy float on top
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1–2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp hot water
- ½ cup cold milk of your choice
- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (crème)
- Ice
Instructions

Whisk the matcha:
In a small bowl, add matcha powder + hot water. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain. -
Sweeten it:
Stir in the honey while the mixture is still warm so it melts nicely. -
Prep your glass:
Fill a cup with ice, then pour the cold milk over it. -
Make the crème layer:
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the heavy cream until it thickens just a little—like a soft, pourable cloud. -
Assemble:
Slowly pour the matcha-honey mixture over the milk.
Then spoon or pour the whipped crème on top for that luxe layered look. -
Optional fancy finish:
Dust the top with a tiny pinch of matcha.
